For as long as I can remember, I have always had a fascination with long hair. Perhaps it’s because I wore my own hair in a boyish pixie cut as a kid. I wanted long hair that I could twist and tie into a knot like some of the other girls in my dance class, but I had no idea where to start. I suspected there had to be secrets out there to growing beautiful hair so I started researching how indigenous cultures around the world grew and cared for their hair. After starting Longhairlovers.com in 1999, I was fortunate enough to meet and study with legendary long hair guru Dr. George Michael. I then decided to get my advanced degree in Trichology, the science of the hair and scalp. I was fortunate to be accepted into the UK’s prestigious College of Trichology where I’ve been mentored by some of the finest hair scientists in the world. I created Longhairlovers Holistic Hair Care as a natural, organic, and scientific alternative to hair growth products currently on the market. By sourcing the world’s finest all-natural ingredients and discovering the amazing scientific properties of emu oil, I’ve been able to help countless women all around the world achieve their healthy hair growth goals.
